These terms are placeholder copy for Sprint 10 launch. Final terms are subject to legal review before general availability. By using Deskbell you agree to be bound by the formal Terms published prior to launch — we'll email a copy to every active restaurant 30 days before they take effect.

Summary of expected provisions

• You own your menu, recipes, customer data, and recordings. We process them on your behalf.
• We provide the service on a best-effort SLO basis. Status and incident history at /status.
• You agree to TCPA-compliant SMS practices (no marketing-class messages without owner-side consent collection).
• You retain responsibility for jurisdiction-specific call recording compliance.
• We may suspend service for non-payment after a 7-day grace period and for breach of acceptable-use policy.
